The Iryapú Jungle Reserve is located in the city of Puerto Iguazú, in Misiones, Argentina. Very close to the Iguazu Falls, Natural Wonder of the World.
This reserve is made up of 600 hectares of missionary jungle, four aboriginal communities and various accommodations that coexist in perfect harmony with the nature that surrounds them.
Iryapú (“distant sound of water” in the Guaraní language), a natural reserve that is part of the ecosystem of the Iguazú National Park, is a peaceful 600-hectare forest with trees over 400 years old, such as Caña Fístola and Palo Rosa, and that initially served as a settlement for the Mbya Guaraní ethnic group originally from Paraguay.
The proximity to the center of Iguazú, the airport, the Falls and the border with Brazil give it added value; Banks, shops, a free shop and the possibility of doing a shopping tour in Ciudad del Este, Paraguay, make Iryapú a jungle tourist experience with urban comfort at your fingertips.
